Where we ship

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States

If you are outside these countries, contact us at support@allunara.com and we will let you know if we can make an exception.

Processing times

  • Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • If there is any delay with your order, we will email you.

Shipping options and rates

Canada and United States

  • Orders US$50 / CA$70 or more

    • Free Standard Shipping

    • Threshold is 70 CAD before tax for Canadian orders and 50 USD before tax for US orders.

  • Orders under 50

    • Flat rate Standard Shipping: 4.95 in your local currency (CAD or USD).

You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Standard Shipping usually takes:

  • 5 to 10 business days after your order leaves our warehouse

Remote or rural areas can take a bit longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we do our best to keep them accurate.

We ship with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, and courier partners selected based on your location.

Incorrect address or missed delivery

Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can:

    • Reship it to you (additional shipping may apply), or

    • Refund the product price minus the original shipping cost.

Email us as soon as you notice an address issue so we can try to fix it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us at support@allunara.com

  • nclude your order number and photos of the packaging and product (for damage cases).

We will work with you to replace the item or arrange a refund, in line with our 60 day No Questions Asked Return and Refund Policy.
