Terms of Service

By accessing or using Allunara.com or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Use & Eligibility
  • You confirm you are 18+ and capable of entering into agreements.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.
2. Products & Usage
  • Our products are intended for general wellness and comfort; they are not medical devices unless explicitly stated.
  • Results may vary. Use as directed in user manuals.
  • Do not modify devices; do not use near water or extreme conditions unless specified.
  • Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort or adverse reactions.
3. Returns & Refunds
  • We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene and safety, any product that has been used or unsealed cannot be returned unless defective.
  • To initiate a return, contact support@allunara.com with your order number and reason.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery; we’ll provide replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Items clearly marked as “final sale” or hygiene-sensitive once opened are non-returnable.
4. Shipping & International Orders
  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery (after dispatch):
    • US & Canada: 5–12 business days
    • Europe: 7–15 business days
    • Australia/NZ: 8–18 business days
    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs, local carrier delays.
  • Customers pay any import duties or taxes.
  • If a shipment is returned due to refusal or incorrect address, we may refund minus shipping costs once the parcel is returned to us.
5. Warranty & DOA
  • Eligible products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, modification, liquid exposure, normal wear and tear, lost or stolen units.
  • To file a warranty claim, email support@allunara.com with your order number, device name, and issue description. Photos or video may be requested.
  • If approved, we will send a replacement or store credit.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Replacement units are covered only for the remainder of original warranty period.
  • Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If the product arrives nonfunctional, notify within 7 days. We will replace it at no extra cost (shipping included).
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
  • To the extent permitted by law, Allunara’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Use devices under your own judgment; we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, logos, designs—is owned by Allunara. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g. Ontario, Canada].
Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in that jurisdiction.

9. Advertising & Testimonials

All public statements, reviews, or ads are for general wellness or comfort. We do not promise clinical or guaranteed health outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material, customers will be notified or asked to re-accept.
